BACKGROUND
Minico is an analytical financial manager with over 15 years of film and television production accounting experience. She started as a script reader for Lee Daniels Entertainment, transitioning into accounting on the studio film The Good Shepherd. After a brief stint as a producers’ assistant on the movie PS I Love You, she became the payroll manager on multiple films (Rabbit Hole, The Romantics, Someday This Pain Will Be Useful To You) and television shows (Chopped, Rocco’s Dinner Party). She has worked with notable production companies, including Bobby Flay’s Rock Shrimp Productions, Sharp Entertainment, and MY Entertainment.
PHILOSOPHY
With 12+ hour days, a fast paced shooting schedule, and demanding network executives, the pressure to produce great content is at an all-time high. Production companies and crews are feeling the pressure, and the last thing they want to worry about is their finances.
